This photo was taken in January 2013, at Yogyakarta ,about 600 km from Jakarta. I used my 90mm macro lens on handheld.
The body of this insect was 5mm long and the color was glowing green and red. I don't know the name of this species.

This is an excellent macro ... congratulations. I think this fly (Diptera) belongs to the "leaf miner" group. The larvae make brown trails as they borrow through the thin leaf layers. It is a very nervous and flitty little fellow and I have never been successful at photographing similar green species here in western North America. Well done.
