Hello friends, the last time I did
in-flight photo(s) of the female of
the House Finch of sure it was few many
photos in winter of 2009, and probably
1 or 2 others in winter of 2010.

1/400s f/4.5 ISO100
8.99mm (35mm eq:49mm)

from the All About Birds website

« House Finches are gregarious birds
that collect at feeders or perch high in
nearby trees. When they’re not at feeders,
they feed on the ground, on weed stalks,
or in trees. They move fairly slowly and
sit still as they shell seeds by crushing
them with rapid bites. Flight is bouncy,
like many finches. »

Bonjour Asbed,
Comme un ange...tu as saisi la préparation à l'atterrissage parfaitement. Voilà qui est intéressant. Très bonne netteté sur le petit oiseau.
Bonne journée

Hi Asbed. Nice landing shot. You got a clear shot of her. It looks like the right half of the picture is blurry. I'm guessing that's because the trees are further away on the right side of the picture. Not sure anything would help that. It's nicely framed with good colours. A good action shot! TFS Trevor
