REVERSE LENS MAGIC ( COMPOUND EYES )
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|This is a result of Asahi Pentax 28 mm (old) manual lens reverse mounted on extension tubes to get this extreme close up of the compound eyes of a dragonfly. The compound eye is made up of individual hexaxgonal light sensitive units called ommitadia, which as such as not clearly visible to the naked eye or may appear as dots with macro lens, but with revrse lens and ext tubes one can get even closer and see the symetry if nature, Its truly magic !|
