[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These wild hyacinths (the only species of the genus) were today at their peak on Mt. Meron (1208 meters a.s.). The picture shows a specimen with a dense inflorescence of incompletely open flowers. Another example with open flowers is given in the WS.

Capturing blue by digital photography is not easy. I've tried to do my best.

Hi Ishi,you have raison,this colors is the most difficult to take and you work very very well,i know this specie and the result is really beautiful,i like the choice of point of view to see the hyacintus in a profile perspective,great details and perfect exposure too.Have a good night and thanks,Luciano

We have a very small population of this species, recently discovered by Makris. It is difficult to photograph. Yours is an excellent photo with good exposure and colour and detail.
