[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These chipmunks are always fighting to get food away from squirrels. How they survive together I can't figure out. Chipmunks are a little over half the size of an average squirrel. Both eat pinecones and acorns mainly. I see people feeding them both peanuts and sunflower seeds as well. There seems to be less chipmunks than squirrels this year. That may be to the chipmunks hibernating more.

Hello Trevor,
Even from the thumbnail image I could tell this was going to be a great shot. Perched on this little snag of a stump the chipmunk looks like he's "King Of The Mountain".
A chipmunks coat is definitely a thing of beauty, with it's rusty brown, tan, gray and black colors as well as those neat racing stripes.
Tac sharp focus and filled with excellent detail. Colors look true and natural and exposure is right on the money. Well done!!

Hello Trevor

You did an DSLR quality photo of this lovely chipmunk
with your good and old Sony Cybershot DSC H50,
fine POV, lovely light, beautiful pose of this cute animal,
great focus, sharpness, and details, TFS

Hello Trevor,
Chipmunks are one of the most lovely creatures we can see in the wild. Your picture is a good tribute to the grace of this animal. Perhaps your capture is a little bit centered, but the chipmunk is very carefully isolated from the background, the attitude is very nice and the colors are very natural and pleasant.
Tfs, Philippe.

Hello Trevor.
This is a fine pose of the chipmunk. The shallow focus is perfect isolating this specimen beautifully in the frame.
