[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little one was spied during my last Trek. To say I was elated to find him in an understatement. I remember when the mating pair laid the eggs and to see them hatch is incredibly rewarding!

Black-necked Stilts are so adorable, quite tiny if they didn't have those long pink legs; STILTS! Who ever named them has labeled them well! You can find them along the edges of shallow water in our marsh's. Have lived in Florida since 1986 but this is the first year I have spied these unique birds, not to mention CHICKS!

Lovely image! POV and ALL of image is first class. Wonder what the "Water Spots" are? Are they drops of air-borne water mostly stopped? TFS this unique little bird searching for food.
