Yellow-crowned Night Heron doing morning toilet in the mangrove swamp close to Petit Trou Lagoon on the south coast of Tobago.

By accident we found an amazing path into the swamp here. A long time ago somebody did put a lot of effort and resources in creating a labyrinth of paths ending up on some platforms in the lagoon. They felt completely safe even if they seem totally forgotten now...
