[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This black tailed deer was wandering alone nearby woods near my house at dawn for several days. I took this one on the 3rd day of his/her presence.

The Black tailed deer are subspecies of the mule deer and found in North America. The Black tailed deer thrives on the edge of the forest, as the dark forest lacks the underbrush and grasslands the deer prefers as food, and completely open areas lack the hiding spots and cover it prefers for harsh weather. One of the plants that black-tailed deer browse is western poison oak, despite its allergen content. This deer often is most active at dawn and dusk, and is frequently involved in collisions with automobiles.

Hello Anna,
Beautiful photo in a splendid composition, good sharpness and nice natural colours. Lovely pose. For me it's strange to see a Black-tailed Deer with a white tail.

Hi Anna,
Beautiful meetings, very nice natural colours and good details. Regards Jiri.

Hello Anna

I think you did an error, this is the White-tailed deer, specially when
photographed in Saint-Hubert >> Quebec, ce chevreuil-l c'est
le cerf de Virginie, moins que je me trompe.

Beautiful photo of this deer, with fine POV, DOF and I love to see the details of its
woody environment in the background, excellent focus, sharpness, and details of the deer, TFS

Hello Anna,
You caught such a fine expression in the face of this deer. The animal didn't see to be too frightened. You seem to live at a very natural place. Very lucky, Anna.
Fine natural shot.
Thanks
Anne

Hi Anna,
Although you had difficult light conditions, the exposure seems good on both the whites and the darks. Composition cannot be more perfect in my opinion, and the little "rulebreaking", that the deer looks out of the frame rather than into it, makes the photo even more interesting. Beautiful image of a memorable rendez-vous, quite spectacular. Congratulations!
Best regards, Lszl
