Hello Gerard,

Hope you are doing fine, bro. I owe you a truckload of comments and I am here to return a wheelbarrow full of comments, the rest will follow....smile.
With your Nikon you have taken a top quality classic shot of this lesser chipmunk with a wonderful background which makes the animal prominent even in the shadows. I know the light conditions were difficult but the shot has turned out great, thanks a lot for sharing, take care,

warm regards/Abid

Hello Gerard,
What a cute little chipmunk you have photographed. The white mask like markings on it's face are so distinctive for this species. I love listening to them chirp their warning signals while hiking through a wooded area. They are always so quick and active and always a pleasure to watch. TFS.

Bonjour Gérard
superbe photo!

These species are slowly dwindling away. By way of images such as this one our great grand children will "see" what we enjoyed.
Thanks for sharing it with mankind.
