Hello Anne,
The first thing I noticed is the perfect white balance which brings all the other colors into their natural hues. I really like the snow white underparts and splotches throughout in contrast to the reddish wine, chocolate browns and black specks. Captured in an attractive side pose while sipping nectar and displaying exceptional detail. Great shot!!

Salut Anne,manque un petit morceau a l'aile mais pas des problemes..ehhee...ce sylvan de la 1ere generation est vraiment magnifique,la capture avec la lumiere diagonale si bien exposee' a fait la difference,les details aussi sont au top,une espece jamais vue chez moi au contraire de sa soeur Camilla.Bon Dimanche et merci,Luciano

Hi Anne,
Beautiful details on the butterfly. Strange to say, the slightly overexposed flowers gave framed the insect very well, the image is spectacular. I also like your shallow depth of field, which makes the background smooth and almost invisible (no destruction in the bg at all this way). Good work.
