Hi Ron,
Excellent photo, with proper flash handling which is already your trademark. Sharpness and depth of field cannot be any better, colors are fantastic also. Probably I'd crop a little more from each side except for the right to place the bird's head into the left third and to achieve the viewer's focus on it more, but it's just a different idea. I like the pic very much as it is also. Congratulations!
