Hello Abhirup- Beautiful picture of this "Pied Kingfisher". Composition attracts me a lot, as well as such well managed green BG. Nice light with splendid colour. Thanks for sharing. Regards and Good Night- Srikumar Da

Gorgeous photo of this Pied Kingfisher in a very beautiful composition with a nice blurred and contrasting background. Fine sharpness and natural colours. Good timing with the bird in this pose.

Magnificent capture of this black and white kingfisher, the quality of the pic is absolutely fantastic despite the distance and the cloudy day, very impressive detail in the best exposure! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Love the B/G. Blurry!!!
Also I did view this image ENLARGED.
It's a pity its eye is not quite discernible. Otherwise this is an attractive image.
Regards from Canada from Mario.

Yes, the distance reduces the details, Abhirup. The eye of the bird is very significant in a picture and in this shot, that is the only snag. Otherwise, the picture is well composed.

Abhirup this is a beauty
good composition and beautiful colours and loght
thanks gr lou
A really beautiful shot of this Pied Kingfisher. I love the pose which gives us a great look at it's entire body and also the way the BG is blurred. Nice sharp focus and just the right exposure.
Hope you don't mind, but I wanted to try a WS to see if I could bring out more detail of it's eye. It did brighten the eye up some, but I'm not sure I like it because it changed the color a bit from what you had.
