|Dactylorhiza cordigera is endemic to Europe where it is found in the Balkans, extending from northern Greece, to Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina and northwards to the Carpathians and Ukraine. This species is found from 900-2,400 m altitude.|

Very beautiful. A little on the dark side but better so than too light. Excellent composition with some buds in bloom and others still to open. Well done my friend.

Very nice specimen. The pic is a bit dark, which you can easily correct in the WS.
A beautiful flower with very delicate looking petals and vivid colors. I like the vertical framing which fits nicely in this instance. The one nit is that it appears to be a little too dark, which inhibits us from seeing all it's natural beauty. Hope you don't mind, but I wanted to try and lighten it a bit in a WS.
