[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Tawny Coster (Acraea Terpsicore) is a small butterfly of the Nymphalidae or brush footed butterfly family.

The appearance of the wings is slightly leathery and it is found in scrub habitat. Taken on the banks of a river this specimen is resting on Parthenium hysterophorus a common invasive species of flowering plant in India.

Picture taken early morning in beautiful sunlight.

Hi Himanshu,
Nice shot in the nature, although I feel the necessary post-procession wasn't done. The composition's very spectacular and the image is promising, but - in my opinion, of course - the colors are undersaturated a little and the focus is soft. Plus there's a vignette-effect (or grass-blade?) at the top right corner, which is destructing the overall view a bit also. Of course feel free to agree or disagree, but this image has much more potential than shown in this "raw", non post-processed form in my view. I hope the WS demonstrates well what I'm talking about - this superb capture deserves more than making it public in a raw form!
Best regards, László
