Another plant that emerged out of the snow was lion's foot, a nice tuberouis plant that normally does not see any snow. Leontice leontopetalum (Lionleaf) is a toberous plant growing in fields and open areas in Euroe and SW Asia. In Israel it is common in loessial soils of the Negev Desert. After blooming the flower develop into inflated fruits and the whole plant tumbles in the field.

Hello Ori,
Another very pretty plant that I'm afraid had to wake up to a thick blanket of snow. Love the beautiful cluster of yellow blooms and tiny unopened buds. I like the framing and fine detail you managed to obtain. The f/29 aperture gave you great DOF and the exposure is just right. Well done!!

Bonjour Ori,
Remarquable valorisation du sujet pas son opposition sur l'arrière-plan.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

Hello Ori,
Looks like medicinal plant! Not sure!!!!
Excellent capture with good DOF,
Thanks for sharing,
