[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello friends, this winter I did not went for
birds/squirrel photo outings, the reason for
that is this winter here it was very cold and
I did not want to expose my DSLR for the
very cold weather.

But few days ago I did my first nature photo outing
and did 12 photos of a American Red Squirrel
in action, sometimes in-flight or almost !

Here is my 2015 series of the squirrel in-flight
or almost ! (with this and next postings).

In this photo I love the «S» pose of the squirrel's tail.

1/4000s f/5.6 ISO1000 85mm (35mm eq:127mm).

Hi Asbed,
I feel myself honoured to be the first in the queue who comments this superb pic. One of the best squirrel shots you ever made. Pleasant composition, spectacular, "just-before-jump" pose. DoF is fantastic - the sharp squirrel's well isolated from the pale background. Color saturation and usage of available lights (exposure) are top class as well. Excellent photo, hats off everyone!

Hello Asbed,
How could you not fall in love with a cute shot like this. Exceptional clarity which almost has a 3D look to it. Colors are well saturated yet natural and exposure could not be any finer. Love the good eye contact with a tad bit of catchlight. A winner in my book!!
