Hello Roland,
The Blue Morpho is certainly and impressive butterfly when it's wings are fully opened wide, but your photo demonstrates how pretty it is with wings closed as well. The back lighting really illuminates the red and white lateral lines along with the gorgeous eye spots. Sharply focused and displaying wonderful rich detail and color. A pleasure to view!!
