[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had captured this Kudu in Satara, Kruger National Park at the time of our evening game drive.

Kudu is a large woodland antelope. They are found in mainly east and southern part of Africa.

* Narrow body with long legs.
* Coats can range from Brown/bluish grey to reddish brown.
* They have large, twisted horns.
* They possess 4-12 vertical white stripes on their torso.
* The head tends to be darker in color than the rest of the body, and exhibits a white small shevron which runs between the eyes.

Hello Srikumar,
What an awesome looking antelope with gorgeous spiraling horns. When I think of antelope I picture the pronghorn from our western states, this big fellow dwarfs those in comparison to size. Lovely striped markings on a beautiful light brown coat.
The vertical composition worked out great in this instance. Tac sharp focus displaying excellent detail. Exposure is perfect.

Hi,Srikumar. A lovely portrait of kudu in its natural surroundings. Nice sharpness, natural colors and I love the stripes and the curved horns. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Srikumar.
Pictorial scene at whole and impressive picture of a wonderful Kudu. All is perfect: composition of the sshot, DOF, sharpness of the animal and surrounding bushes. Well done and TFS.

Hi Srikumar. What a beautiful shot of one of South Africa's most beautiful antelope.
Image is sharp, well exposed great color and I like the composition. Nice!!

A little late but happy new year 2016, Srikumar !!! So long my friend ...
Well, this is big words, boy !!! Terrible job that you've accomplished ...
You have left me delighted with this composition. No less a Greater Kudu !!!! A genius this composition in three vertical planes, where the link is the central plane of the animal. Top bushy green foliage, weeds down between yellow and red, and on this background the giant antelope showing the wisdom of his coat camouflaged: the legs and lower body adopt the coloration of African tall grass. Horns, dark gray and somewhat brownish head and white stripes on the back and sides disfigure the animal when it hides between low branches. GREAT I have no other word. A big hug!!!
