The common vetch is quite well spread in Israel (and I'm any other counters). The plant is also cultivated, mostly for animal fodder. The flowers are showy, up to 30 mm tall.

The WS shows a larger part of this this lovely annual with its tendrils.

Thank you for sharing this brightly coloured vetch. We have a similar species where I live. Excellent sharpness and the dark background is a nice contrast which brings out the colours even more.
