|This image of Mt. Hood was taken approx. 20 minutes after the actual sunrise on the face of the peak. If you wish to see this image at its full size go to: steve-warnstaff.pixels.com|
Press the mouse over the area in the scene you wish to see at the saved size, especially the light falling across the tree tops on the left mid side of the image. This is one of the two favorites I took in the two mornings I visited the site.

spectacular clear view of Mount Hood covered with shining fresh ice and snow in the early morning sun, residing so dominantly and closely above the green plains still resting in the shadow on a clear day in early spring. Amazing.

nice to see that you are very present on TN. Most beautiful Mt Hood-picture, taken from a very nice point of view. I also like the panoramic presentation.
