What a gorgeous looking area with many interesting geological rock formations. Looks like a fine painting with an array of beautiful colors, textures, shadows and light. The dark rain clouds added a wonderful touch to an already eye catching scene. Great shot!!

Very nice capture of a interesting rock formation. Incredible colors and DOF. Very interesting and useful comment about the Geological aspect....
The contrast of the red - brown rocks and the green vegetation looks superb.

What a beautiful landscape. Excellent sharpness and attractive contrasting colors, also in the clouds. Very good DOF and POV.

The length of the canyon is giving depth to the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the Blyde River Canyon. The gray sky is giving a good contrast to the colors. Have a nice day.

This is fantastic. Breathtaking rock formations on a very spectacular composition, the grey, cloudy sky is contrasting the reddish rocks quite well. I love your white balance and color saturation also. Absolutely an image to leearn from, both photography- and nature-wise. Excellent post with a useful note, bravo! And, as looking at the exif, the oldest photo of TrekNature ever (date taken 10/5/1950)... :-)
Kind regards, László
