Very charged and sensitive bugs are hard to catch, here I was making frame of this flower and I spotted this bug which was near to take off.

Helo Musa,
Your tiny insect is so beautiful with its colorful light blue and black body. Looks like either a type of bee or fly to me. The flower you were about to photograph is quite lovely also. Focus appears sharp and exposure is right on the mark. I like the framing as well.
