Today as I reached there it was late but I pushed the ISO to 640 and also the shutter speed to 1/640 but much conscious of my movement that hardly could catch few shots of this thirsty bug.

Hello Musa,
How exciting it is to see you captured a Hummingbird Moth from your country. They are not easy to photograph at all because of their constant movement, but you managed just fine. Your 1/640 shutter froze its body enough to give us a good look at its unique features. You would have to go about 1/2000 or faster to get the wings to completely freeze, and then you may need a flash to do so.
Love all the colors and the way you composed the image.
