[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The first flower on a this shrub typical of the Sudanese flora of the Jordan valley between the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea, The flower is 15 mm in diameter. As the species name implies, the plant is usually with no leaves, photo-syntheisizing through its green branches.

The WS shows the flower form its side, and the terrain with several of these shrubs.

Hello Ishi,
What a stunning macro shot of this tiny desert plant. The shape of the flower is quite unique looking, unlike any bloom I have ever seen here in the states. Beautiful colors and perfectly exposed. Well done!!
