A geologist can explain as cavity like this is often seen here and in my idea it was a water way any time or a shelter to animal.

Hello Musa,
Should be fairly easy to tell if this is just a natural waterway or a burrow. Upon close inspection a burrow will usually have evidence of tracks going in or coming out. The edges of the rocks directly above and around the entrance should have traces of the animals hairs clinging to it. This happens as they rub against the sharp edges while entering or exiting.
A natural way for water to travel will have a very smooth dirt trail coming out with sediment visible. Either way you did a fine job of photographing this specific spot. Sharply focused and displaying natural color tones.
