Interesting shot of a Macrolepiota or Chlorophyllum species from a fine PoV. For the next time I advise you to make some gardening, I mean cutting the grass-blades from between the fruitbody and the lens to get an even better result. Sharpness is ok, could be a little better if you focus on that square centimetre of the mushroom, which is the closest to your position. A good shot, anyway.
As for ID specification, we cannot go to intrageneric level without microscopic analysis.
