Many spots there I see the wild life got dead and dry that is due to harsh sun or lac of moisture but I can't explain the type of plant, there I regret from friend about my disability.

Hello Musa,
It appears many of your mountain plants are in the latter stages of life, here they are still fresh and green.. Resources such as water and the right nutrients play a critical part in the quality of life, a lesson for all to remember. An interesting shot from your mountainous region of Pakistan.
