Hello Bob,
Great shot of this adult Heron ready to feed its young. The young are actually growing pretty well and will soon be as large as the parent. Wonderful sharpness and bright natural color tones. I like the vertical composition. TFS.
There is a Blue Heron rookery about thirty miles north of my home where you can view about thirty nests like this from the road.
