[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Trekkers,

The place where I made this photo is known as Carnivan Bay by Google, Ramstown Beach by another map and the rock formation is one of the many named Ram Head in Ireland. From this PoV the cliff rather seems like a lying dog, however, from the total view (see WS) it really reminds me to a ram or bison. This was a wonderful beach, so pity we had limited time when we visited the area.

Photographed late afternoon, in manual exposure mode, PP includes moderate cropping and slight level/color adjustment.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Laszlo,in effect it seems to watch a long and big bison..ehhehe..2 lovely pics showing us this curious rock formation over this nice beach,it's very curious to read the lot of different names that comes from the different maps..ehehe..well done! Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

Hello Laszlo,
Beautiful timing to add plunging waves in the frame. WS picture does look like Bison :-)

DOF could have been better; mainly depth/details on the rock, mainly when it's a Landscape Photograph. But I know the limitation of camera's f/stop. Although not such eye catching view but credit goes to you to show this natural beauty.
At least 'PLUNGING WAVES' helped you to frame this shot, otherwise it would come out bit flat definitely ;-)
Thanks for sharing,
Regards and have a nice Week,

Hello Laszlo,
I can't make up my mind if it resembles a bison or a ram more, but I can definitely see both critters to some point. A gorgeous area all the same and I'm sure you enjoyed yourself while visiting this picturesque area. Lovely scenery and beautiful color tones.

Hello László

You have choose a fine POV and framing for a beautiful perspective,
great DOF, sharpness, and details, with the waves giving dynamism, TFS
