Valle d’Aosta is a region of northwest Italy bordered by France and Switzerland. Lying in the Western Alps, it's known for the iconic, snow-capped peaks the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso. Major ski resorts include Courmayeur and Cervinia. The region’s countryside is dotted with medieval castles and fortresses, such as the 14th-century Castello Fénis and Castello di Verrès.Wikipedia |

Hi Ana,a new magnificent memory from Aosta valley, this time the composition is a great idea and very original, well played with the fresh green of trees in backlight like a natural frame to the view in background, lovely shot!! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano
Hi Ana,
Beautiful mountain view. The tree on the pic is the European larch (Larix decidua), a deciduous conifer.
Kind regards from Ireland, László

Hello Ana,
Using the lovely conifer as a natural frame was a great way to show off this beautiful Aoste Vallery region. Wonderful lighting as it filters through the trees and illuminates the mountain range in the BG.
