[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Trekkers,

There are many beaches and other geological sites on the Copper Coast, a lovely coastal geopark in Waterford county. Please visit this photo of mine for links with general information. In my opinion this site, Ballydowane Beach (AKA Ballydwan) is the most beautiful in the whole region, offering a lot to visitors, especially when tide's low.

Photo was shot in sunset time, I used manual exposure mode and auto white balance. PP: level adjustment, adding minimal highlights and contrast. Colors / WB remained unchanged.

Hi Laszlo,beaches are my passion as the members of trekearth knows..ehehe..and it's nice to see one from Ireland. The dark composition make me to think at the black beaches of Iceland but i know that here is just an effect of the light moment. A beautiful backlight,so well exposed to play with the sharp silhouettes of the coast and to take the best colors of the sky. Thanks a lot for your words about my snowflake,we are waiting too very cold days and maybe and finally the snow that i can't see since 4 years in my village. All the best,Luciano.
