Coccinellidae:(Ladybird beetles, Ladybugs)
Yes, the ladybird eats aphids, but not only! Some ladybugs also feast on mealybugs, mites, caterpillars and leafhoppers. The ladybug is able to eat a hundred insects a day. Also note that ladybug larvae are more voracious and more effective than adults, because without wings, they devour the colony of aphids before moving. Do not confuse them with a pest, know how to recognize them and preserve them in the garden(gammvert.fr)
