[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I went around looking for subjects on my school campus today morning and came across lots of dragonflies but hardly any butterflies. Here is a male Scarlet Skimmer again with my new camera.
The male of the species like this one is quite red in colour. The female, on the other hand, is just golden yellow. There were both of them at the location and I took pictures of female too which I intend to share later.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Ram,your drangonflies collection show today a new excellent capture, very perfect this time too with the best details and a very bright red,no needs a lot of time to understand how works your new camera for you as i can see...very well done! Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

Hi Ram,
this scarlet beauty has a typical wing posture while sitting. Your picture makes me marvel about the acrobatics of dragonfly flight. We all know that when a dragonflies gets to flying it starts like a rocket. Maybe the first wing movement to backward with the two pairs in synchrony helps to provide a strong lift.
Cheers, Dietrich
