[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I'm trying my new Nikon D7200 with compatible lenses I have. On 10th of this month, I captured this frisky Indian Palm Squirrel sort of impulsively. It ran along the lawn and jumped on to a tree and while it was contemplating its next move from there, I aimed and pressed the shutter with whatever camera settings I already had. The image turned out to be quite dark. However at PP stage, I somehow managed to salvage the image as you see it now.

The Indian palm squirrel or three-striped palm squirrel (Funambulus palmarum) is a species of rodent in the family Sciuridae found naturally in India and Sri Lanka. In the late 19th century, the palm squirrel was introduced to Madagascar, RĂ©union, Mayotte, Comoro Islands, Mauritius, Seychelles and Australia, where it has since become a minor pest. The closely related five-striped palm squirrel, F. pennantii, is found in northern India, and its range partly overlaps with this species.
