Hi Biswarup,
Great image, this time not only composition and colors are perfect, but sharpness is good also. Excellent lights, contrast and exposure. Using flash was a good idea, it also helped to keep the background underexposured a bit, so we don't get blown out patches here (plus it's very smooth and absolutely free of noise). That's an exceptional image, congratulations!
