Hi Trekkers,

Today I'd like to show one of the most spectacular puffball species, Lycoperdon mammiforme Pers. In my home country, Hungary it's very rare and protected by the laws. In West Europe it's a bit more common, however, this was the first occasion I found it in Ireland - and the first in my life also. The location was Dromana Woods, a deciduous forest near the shore of Blackwater river.
