Hi Hendrik,
that's a nice plant against the dark background with good sharpness.
I'm not exactly sure, it must be a Nigella damascena, in German Schwarzkümmel.
Do you know how the blossom looks like?

Very nice high contrast shot. I agree with Sabine regarding the difficulty of identification whitout knowing how the flower looks like. I don't think is Nigella though. I would go whit some specie from Umbeliferae family.
