[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the fruit of the Boabab tree (insert)A very hard shell, covered with a khaki green velvet like substance ,the edible part of the fruit is found inside, sisal like threads embracing chunks of fruit, the fruit consists of a powdery substance surrounding a kidney shaped pip.You suck on the fruit untill you reach the pip. It tastes a bit frank, soury sweet, very unique used to quench thirst.
Also a favourite for monkeys and baboons; found mainly to the far northern side of the Country

Very interesting. The insert is also very nice.
The fruit picture is just a bit on the soft side

The fruit is a bit sharp, but I would love to see a full size of the insert. Amazing trees!! Again, good informative note, thanks.

I like these fruit shots that you post. Personnaly I dont like the tast of these, but I'm not a monkey and contrary to the names that some call me, I'm not a baboom as well :)
