[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I sneaked up to a Loon in a canoe with my camera on full zoom for this picture. Taken on Crescent lake, Maine.

I wish I could of some how showed the birds huge size in the picture, its bigger than a swan. I removed some grass from the birds 'face' in photoshop.

A loon sitting on his nest. What a catch.
Great POV of this beautiful bird. I have always wanted to see one of these in the flesh.
