Welcome to TN, and welcome to Spring! Very well done shot. Godd subject and the shot is nice and clear. One little composition suggestion... I would crop a bit from the right side, that would keep our eyes tihter on the bird.

I do wish that it had significant notes about the subject posted. It is part of TN to teach others about the subject you have posted, even if its just a description of how you took the photo,and prepared it for viewing here,and where you found it, especially if you want a name for a plant or animal it helps to know some thing about its enviroment and size. Look round at some of the higher scoring people and images to see what is considered a good note.
Hope this is of use for future posts.
