I really like this photo. The yellows and grays with just that touch of red are wonderful. Great sharpness, shallow DOF, composition and framing. But...what is it?

Your images are excellent, but you do not post any notes. I am here to learn about your country through your camera, as well as learning about photography.
If you do not post a note, how can I learn?
It would also be helpful to other members if you critiqued their images as well (you have 776 points, but have only left 4 critiques yourself).

A superb image. Incredibly sharp with very strong colours. The bg is quite blurry.
Thanks for posting.

Joan bonjour, cette photo est trés poetique et pleine de fraicheur, that smell good the spring !!Composition and sharpness are perfect, TFS, Didier.A note please for the next time!!Sorry I have no smily!

Bonita composición, quizá le falte un poco de nitidez.Enhorabuena.

Hi Joan,
Such great detail and sharpness. And such a good sign that spring is in the air. The shallow DOF gives it a painting like feeling.
Well done!!

Hi Joan,

Feia dies que no em pasava per aquí i m'hi trobo que tens molt bones afotos. Vaig a mirar de posar-me al dia

I like the neutral grey BG. Looks a bit noisy though. Good crop :-)
Yesterday I shot a Salix too.
