[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Although the camera was set to Tv, in order to regulate the speed, I forgot to cancel “safety shift”. When this is on, the camera automatically changes the speed to up to 1/250. That’s why the wings of the little bird can’t be properly seen here. Apart from that, I'm glad with the shot.

I intend to try again. The weather is rainy here tonight. Tomorrow morning, if things change, I’ll try to set an appointment with my flying friend.

You've captured the greens and blues of the bird's feathers well, is this a different species to the other photo or just different light?

I imagine the wings would be hard to capture clearly because they beat so quickly! Nice photo, thanks for posting

Me hace feliz Livio ver la evolución de tus fotos... en la anterior presentacion de esta bella ave, había criticado una leve sobre exposicion que en este caso no existe y mejorar sustancialmente el resultado final.
Difícil captura con esa velocidad... pero a pesar de ello lograste nuevamente un gran captura... sin dudas.

Me make happy Livio see the evolution of your photos... in the previous presentation of this beautiful bird, I have criticize one slight over expose that in this case not exist and improve substantial the result final.
Difficult capture with this speed... but in spite of it you obtain again a great capture... without doubt.

Another great attempt to capture these stuning birds. Pity you can't tell us what species it is, but never mind its a graet capture, the exposure is very good.
With humingbirds I don't think blurring wings is a problem, it emphasises their mode of foraging for nectar. Well done, keep up the good work.

Very good attempt but I think 1/250 is far too long for this fast moving birds. I like colours of bird and flowers.

See how fast these wings go, nice capture of the hummingbird, "kolibri" as we call in Holland. I also like the flowers around it, nice shot, Livio, nice colours !
