[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is to finish up my Ibis photos. Yesterday I posted an adult White Ibis and today I wanted to illustrate how different the juvie form looks right down to a total change in eye color . As you can see the white feathers start on the back and it is a gradual molt of about a year before they will be the pure white adult state. I kind of like this color state better than the adult white form. Perhaps it is a little more interesting to look at.

Good shot, sharp, detailed, clear and a neutral background.

Excellent job Lesley! The details & pose are terrific. Exposure is peeerfect! Especially like the backlight effect behind the head & bill that adds nicely to the shot. Very well done!

Very good shot Lesley.
Great sharpness, good details and nice colours.
I like the light too.
Very well done.

Impressive composition. He goes well with the BG. :) Nice earthy tones. Tack sharp junior. Great shot, Lesley. Nice to see this one... at least he has a pink bill. :)

Great shot, Lesley. Superb sharpness and detail. Excellent work.

I gotta hand it out to ya, baby, when it comes to birds you are the one ! And its a very tough category too ! The color range and sharpness in your compositions is stunning, no doubt about it you are a great photographer! I hate to see its a Canon moment ( I am one of those silly people that care about the ,,brand war,,)... Bravo, Les !

I also liked the white one, but this one has Lesley´s signature. Beautiful and mood picture, thanks.

Great composition with beak like a bow. Superb details, light and BG. But... I can't believe my eyes - legs are little blurred ;-) Maybe it was afraid and its legs was shaking :-)

Great shot Lesley, very nice colors and BG.
Well done.
