How could one resist having a cold beer on a hot afternoon at a sidewalk cafe surrounded by dozens of passion flowers in full bloom?! I couldn't.

Welcome to TN Michael. Nice passion flower for your first post. Slightly soft but well done anyway.
I did a workshop to see if I could sharpen it a little, i hope you don't mind. However once sharpened, it left a lot of noise so the workshop was no good anyway

And you shouldnts have!

Welcome here to TN and this flower is really beautiful. The focus is not tac sharp - maybe the beer :), but I like the colors and composition.

Very well done and thanks for posting. I hope to see lots of your work in future.

Welcome to TN Michael. One thing about this site is that you need to make sure your images are as sharp as you can get them, else critiquers will jump on you. Don't be put off though, you learn heaps on this site, my early stuff got canned.
Willie's workshop demonstrates you could have done a lot better with a bit of post-processing. Keep on posting, merry Christmas, Chris.
