Beautifull photograph ! These little Lepidopterans lay their eggs on a common Epiphyte here in Australia known as the "Mistletoe" (Amyema spp), which the Larvae then feed on. Unfortunately there are not enough of these butterflies at present to make a decent impact on this plant, which can be a severe pest.Hopefully their numbers will increase as they are not only beautifull but deadly on mistletoe.
