This is a small butterfly captured in feeding moment. This shot was taken with an digital camera Canon Powershot A 80, buit-in lens, and no tripod. It was a sunshine day (we are in summer), and the butterfly was quiet enough to allow the proximity.

Hello Tiago, this shot is stunning. The light green plant is a little distracting but I love this picture anyway. The colors, sharpness and placement of the butterfly are excellent. This appears to be a Monarch
(Danaus plexippus). It's certainly in the Danaidae family. TFS
