Happy new year 2005 !!

I took a walk to a nearby rice field and saw this bush of beautiful flowers stalking up from the ground. This certainly looks like a ginger flower to me but I'm not so sure yet.

The recent Tsunami/Earthquake tradgedy that struck Asia reminds me that life is precious and we must cherish life. A beautiful plant like this can be wiped out in an instant if God wants it that way.

Take a moment, say a prayer. Thank God each day you are still alive and taking pictures.

This is a beautiful setting and composition. The flower is sharp as well. Very true words in your notes as well.

I really love this photo, the colors are so soft as is the background. I like the brightness of it and the sharp clear texture in the flowers. Thank you for posting.
