Nice shot. Good eye. Good POV as well. The only thing i would say is that the subject is too centered and makes the picture lack originality.

excellent composition and pov,
although i would have not centered the snail so much,
nice strong colors and great details - were the dried flowers
attached to the snail or the snail sticking to them?

Very good shot of this little snail you found being parked in the right spot. As far as the accusations of wrong composition I wouldn't make such a big issue out of it. Good POV, right exposure allowing to see details in the white parts of the shell, nice blurry background. Well done. Regards,

Alexei, this one had me fooled! I wondered what was hanging out of that snail! Nice macro, and I like your compo. I would perhaps crop 1/2 inch from th etop... but would not change the angle. Tfs, J.

Never seen a snail that "adorned" itself; but, I've seen a crab do this. It carries its house< Camouflage> with it where ever it travels within the sea.
