Small lizard given me the opportunity to make a nice portrait photo of him.

On our holidays on Madeira I saw a lot of these small creatures, but none of them were so kind to stand still for me.

Hello Jan Arie,
A nice portrait, great detail, especially in the skin and nice light in the eye, it seems as if he is watching you. Good DOF and an excellent result for 1/90 hand-held, very nice work.

Very nice close-up of this beautiful lizard, Jan!
What a coincidence: two members of the same Podarcis genus nest to each other in the TN gallery...:))
Anyway, great POV, nice DOF, lovely colors and good framing.
