Hi Grzegorz
Love your note, very humourous! Good image. Love the way the feathers have extended and shows such good detail. Good capture. Tell him next time to take a camera and so we can see just how big the fish really was!

My husband caught 2 fish today - but
he brought them home, so he couldn't lie (this time!).
I never realised that this White(?) stork had black feathers on his wings. G Another good shot of him Greg - I wish you hadn't cut his legs off though.

This one along with your title really made me laugh. Good way to start the day!
Is that the one that spent the night bathing with Elizes flamingo? Hope he's only expressing the fish size :-). Besides that, very good catch and perfect lighting, Grzegorz. I love these kind of shots for a change.

It *must* have been a big fish, it seems as if it pulled him through the mud before surrendering ;-)) Great details on this one, just one small patch of overexposure on his shoulder. The shadows look pretty deep, maybe use of fill flash + a stop down on exposure would have been a good combination in this case.

I think Bente is right, the fish pulled him through the mud and now he is trying to say how big it was.
Another great shot of this poor abused stock. How can the fish be so hard on him.
Good work Grzegorz

Yes, men just love to exaggerate, and not only about fish size ;-)
I like your ideas very much.
It seems that you are able to transform even not very interesting or perfect photo into something completely different. I think that your very clever titles and notes made it.
I wish that more TN members have such ideas.
Well done!

Very funny... Greg. I like the angle you took on this shot. Him being a fisherman (or rodster as you eloquently put it) and all. I really enjoyed this post. Will smile for a while thinking of this.

Hi Greg
A real bedraggled stork muddy and lovely, the overal impact and mood here is nice. I would like to see the whole bird, but he looks such a cute mess, that it does not matter.
I think the fish has driven him below the mud - this for Bente's attention!

A fisherman said, yestarday I cought 10 trouts in the river.
His friend replied: that nothing, yestarday I caught 100 trouts.
A third guy sayd: thats nothing, yestarday, when I arrived there was no river...only trouts!!!
A good shot, regards.

This shot made me laugh out loud! The heading is perfect for this shot and I can almost see this old fisherman that have had a little too much to dring telling about the one that got away :)
The sharpness is excellent and I like this composition.
Well done and thanks for posting
